Roles During the Meeting
| Who |
Does what |
| Manager (you) |
Complete the full
AIIA Service Call SOP
prep for every potential downline attending. May
also present the meeting content if they choose.
|
| AIIA |
Everything else: welcomes attendees, presents (if manager doesn't),
moderates Q&A, takes notes, runs the meeting platform, handles
tech issues.
|
Manager USDT pre-buy (before the meeting begins): the
manager must have USDT already purchased in Coinbase covering
100% of every downline's intended account funding, plus 5%
extra
to cover Coinbase fees. Example: 3 downlines each funding $1,000 →
manager must have $3,150 USDT ready before the meeting
starts.
Extended Presentations — all eligible downlines get set up:
Every downline attending the meeting will be fully set up as long as the
requirements are met. During the 1.5-hour setup block, AIIA leads the
process. The manager must be
present the whole time,
follow all AIIA instructions, and
assist throughout — especially the initial parts of
each downline's setup before AIIA continues.
Requirement: every client's USDT must be
sendable in Coinbase before the meeting starts. Anyone
who doesn't meet this requirement is skipped and will need a separate
AIIA Service Call.
Standard Presentations — no setup in meeting:
Standard is 30 min presentation + 30 min Q&A only. Account setup
does not happen during the meeting. Clients who want setup after a
Standard meeting book a separate
AIIA Service Call.
